Article: DMV Safe Driving Tool for New Teen Drivers and their Parents - As part of its continuing efforts to combat teenage drinking and driving, the California State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced today a new partnership with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the Ventura County Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. The distribution of 2,500 copies of an interactive CD-ROM called "The Key" which is designed to open a dialogue between parents and their children about the consequences of drinking and driving.
